Southern Site Worx
Terms and Conditions

Updated: September 21, 2026

Welcome to southernsiteworx.com, the website of Southern Site Worx, LLC (“Southern Site Worx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the website.

Website Purpose

This website provides general information about Southern Site Worx and our excavation, land clearing, grading, demolition, forestry mulching, site-development, drainage, hauling, and related services.

Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It is not professional engineering, surveying, architectural, legal, environmental, or permitting advice.

Estimates and Service Requests

Submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, calling, texting, or emailing us does not:

  • Create a contractor-client relationship

  • Guarantee that we will accept or perform a project

  • Reserve a place on our schedule

  • Establish a final price, scope, or completion date

  • Create a binding contract

Project pricing, quantities, schedules, and availability must be confirmed in a written estimate, proposal, work authorization, or contract issued by Southern Site Worx.

Online descriptions, photographs, examples, measurements, quantities, or pricing information are not binding offers. Every property and project is different, and final terms may depend on site conditions, access, material availability, permits, disposal requirements, weather, fuel costs, and other factors.

Project Agreements Control

Actual construction, demolition, excavation, hauling, delivery, or site-work services are governed by the written proposal, estimate, contract, change order, work authorization, invoice, or other project document accepted by the customer.

If these website Terms and Conditions conflict with a signed or accepted project agreement, the project agreement controls regarding that project.

Permits, Plans, and Property Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information, boundaries, plans, surveys, utility information, access details, and other information needed to evaluate a project unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Website content does not guarantee:

  • Permit approval

  • Zoning or code compliance

  • Environmental approval

  • Utility clearance

  • Drainage performance

  • Soil suitability

  • Engineering results

  • Project feasibility

Approvals and requirements are determined by the applicable property conditions, government agencies, utility providers, design professionals, and project documents.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems

  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful material

  • Interfere with website operation or security

  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority

  • Use our name, logo, photographs, or content in a misleading manner

We may restrict or block access to the website when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including company names, logos, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, service descriptions, written material, and branding—are owned by or licensed to Southern Site Worx, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view or print website material for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

“Southern Site Worx,” associated logos, and company branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, approval, affiliation, or endorsement without written authorization.

Customer Submissions

If you submit photographs, plans, drawings, property information, or other materials through the website or directly to us, you represent that you have permission to provide those materials.

You authorize us to review and use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request, prepare an estimate, communicate with you, and perform requested services.

Submitting material does not transfer ownership to Southern Site Worx. We will not knowingly publish customer-provided materials for advertising without permission, except where the material is already public or its use is otherwise legally permitted.

Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own policies and terms.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available through the Privacy Policy link in the website footer.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action concerning use of this website shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Gulf County, Florida, unless applicable law requires a different location.

Project-related disputes may be subject to separate terms stated in the applicable proposal, contract, work authorization, or other project agreement.

Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our website, services, or legal obligations change. Revisions become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated.
